Working under minimal supervision, the construction project coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of project and program development while exercising independent judgment and authority to ensure all initiatives support a safe, patient-focused environment. This role requires a proactive leader to plan and coordinate new construction, remodels, and day-to-day facilities initiatives while maintaining rigorous documentation and progress reporting. Ensures accordance with policy.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EReads and interprets architectural plans and contract documents. Develops estimates for materials needed and places orders accordingly.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECoordinates scheduling of various trades during construction phase.
