About the role
The Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting regulatory adherence and risk mitigation through data-driven insights. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets related to compliance and audit activities, such as training completion, policy adherence, audit outcomes, and incident reporting. The analyst works closely with the compliance and audit officer, operational leaders, and IT teams to develop meaningful dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and identify trends or areas of concern. Advance relational database experience is highly preferred.
