About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join CSA's Advanced Projects team—a global group of cybersecurity experts, data scientists, and software engineers. This is a mid-senior level position requiring project and product management expertise in data engineering, data science, advanced analytics, research & development, or innovation—ideally within one or more cybersecurity domains such as: Network, endpoint, or cloud security Cryptography Malware analysis Vulnerability assessment Privileged access management Anomaly/intrusion detection Incident response Offensive security As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-value analytics products by managing the team's product backlog and driving Agile delivery. You'll collaborate across stakeholders to identify and deliver creative, data-driven cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities Project & Product Management Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile methodology. Define project scope, objectives, requirements, and timelines with stakeholders. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions, escalating when necessary. Align product backlog with client needs, business goals, and resource availability. Communicate backlog priorities and ensure a shared understanding across teams. Drive delivery of production-ready technology products through Agile practices. Client Engagement Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships. Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with clients. Act as the voice of the client within Agile Scrum teams to ensure expectations are met. Identify opportunities to deliver innovative, value-driven cybersecurity products. Agile Scrum Collaboration Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Translate client needs into actionable user stories and product requirements. Ensure alignment between development teams and product vision. Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver quality solutions on time. Required Skills & Qualifications Project Management Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in an Agile environment. Strong backlog ownership and prioritization skills. Deep understanding of productionizing technology products. Client Engagement Ability to understand and align with client needs and strategic goals. Effective communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders. Agile & Product Development In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and product lifecycle management. Experience translating complex requirements into tangible deliverables. Cybersecurity Sciences & Technical Expertise Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and domains. Background in software engineering or relevant technical experience. Understanding of cybersecurity threats, frameworks, and regulatory landscapes. Awareness of AI/ML applications in cybersecurity (desirable). Preferred Knowledge Areas Cybersecurity threat and risk management International regulations and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR) AI/ML in security analytics
