About the role
We are seeking a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with deep expertise in Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), SCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti AppSense, PowerShell, Entra ID, and other EUC technologies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable and secure EUC solutions that deliver optimal performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Director) for enterprise-scale environments.
Configure and administer Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 (W365), and Azure VMs for cloud-hosted EUC solutions.
Manage and maintain SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Ivanti AppSense for endpoint deployment, patch management, and device control.
Implement and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, and Active Directory for identity and security governance.
Automate operating system deployment (OSD), device provisioning, and application packaging.
Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex EUC performance, availability, and security issues.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate and align EUC services with business goals.
Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements in EUC architecture and technologies.
Provide Level 3 support for escalated issues and participate in root cause analysis and resolution.
