About the role
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and triage tickets from the ServiceNow queue, working on incidents including break-fix scenarios and new deployments within AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· Troubleshooting and resolving errors related to the creation and decommissioning of cloud resources.
· Execute bulk decommissioning of cloud resources using existing automation scripts or by developing new ones as needed.
· Work on Jira-assigned stories related to resource cleanup, resource deployments, and cloud operations.
· Attend daily stand-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams for ongoing project support.
· Maintain cloud infrastructure in compliance with Bain's standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
· 3-5 years of hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - multi-cloud exposure preferred.
· Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and IaC practices.
· Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Terraform workspaces, and infrastructure automation platforms like env0.
· Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
· Strong understanding of cloud operations, monitoring, and support workflows.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
