Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site USMLE Jr Tutor role based in Hyderabad. The Jr Tutor will assist students in their USMLE preparation journey by conducting interactive sessions, providing study strategies, and clarifying concepts. Daily responsibilities include curriculum delivery, answering student queries, evaluating progress, and ensuring the academic support and motivation required for success.
Qualifications
- Good score in Step 2 CK is mandatory
- ECFMG certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of USMLE exam structure, content areas, and study strategies
- Teaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills with an ability to engage students effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and organizational skills to manage classroom instruction and individual learning needs
- A medical degree (MBBS or equivalent), with USMLE knowledge or certification preferred
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals
