Junior Software Tester / Software Tester Intern

We are looking for Junior Software Testers and Software Tester Interns to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for ensuring software quality, strong analytical skills, and an eagerness to learn, this role is a great opportunity to start your career in software testing. Job Responsibilities: ✔️ Perform manual testing to ensure software quality and report defects. ✔️ Develop, write, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts. ✔️ Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. ✔️ Assist in testing web and mobile applications for functionality, usability, and performance. ✔️ Learn and apply basic automation testing (Selenium, JUnit, etc.). ✔️ Perform API testing (Postman, REST Assured – a plus). ✔️ Work closely with developers and QA teams to improve software quality. ✔️ Participate in regression, smoke, and sanity testing. ✔️ Gain experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes. Requirements: ✅ Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome!) ✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge). ✅ Basic understanding of manual testing concepts and familiarity with automation tools. ✅ Knowledge of bug tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla. ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✅ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. ✅ Eagerness to learn and grow in the software testing domain. Preferred (Good to Have): 🔹 Experience with Selenium, Postman, or any automation framework. 🔹 Understanding of API Testing and SQL queries. 🔹 Basic knowledge of performance and security testing.
