Within the Global Consulting Services, the GCS Learning Team is a part of the Global Consulting Services People & Purpose pillar and acts as a vital component acting as a connective tissue in creating and sustaining a globally consistent approach in addressing current and future technical and business strategy aligned learning needs of our workforce and the GCS businesses globally. We achieve this through collaboration and partnerships with the Member Firm and Business Leaders for sustained quality, agility, and scale, elevating our talent experience proposition and supporting exponential business growth objectives.
Overview Of The Role
The professional will act as a strategic enabler and advisor to Global Consulting Services Leaders, driving executive decision making. They will enable global leaders to make strategic decisions that translate into marketplace impact and growth. The professional will help accelerate execution of our Global Consulting Services strategic agenda by delivering high impact strategic projects, simplifying and streamlining operations (reporting, PMO activities etc.), creating compelling and transparent leadership communications to solve the most complex challenges in exponentially powerful ways.
Work you’ll do
The Learning Specialist will partner with the Global Consulting Services (GCS) Learning & Development team to support the development, refresh, implementation, and coordination of global learning programs, including eLearning, Virtual Instructor Led, and Live Instructor Led offerings. The role also supports the maintenance and evolution of global curricula aligned to GCS priorities.
Success in this role is driven primarily by strong foundational skills: being a collaborative team player, demonstrating clear and effective communication, bringing working knowledge of AI, applying project management skills, and showing agility in a dynamic, global environment.
The role involves close collaboration with the Global Consulting Services Learning & Development team, member firm and global business learning leaders, global business stakeholders, and the broader GCS community of approximately 400 professionals.
TRAVEL: Travel to leadership meetings, regional DUs, or team meetings may be required, approximately 1 trip annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, refresh, and evaluation of global learning programs
- Partner with learning portfolio leads and stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned to business priorities
- Manage projects with strong discipline, communication, and status reporting
- Collaborate across global, matrixed teams and external partners
- Apply learning expertise while remaining flexible to evolving role needs

- Agility – Comfort working in ambiguity, adapting quickly to change, and learning new skills as role demands evolve
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Work experience: 4+ years of professional experience in consulting, learning, or program delivery roles
- This job description may be adjusted based on evolving business needs
- Location: Hyderabad
- Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
- Work hours: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with flexibility as needed based on global collaboration requirements
- Working from office: The individual is expected to come to office at least 2 days a week as per the ‘work from office’ schedule
