About The Role
You will work on building a deep understanding of user behavior on our platforms, competition and market as well as buyer needs by conducting in-depth qualitative research in a fast-paced environment.
You would be involved in multiple generative user immersions not just through one-on-one interactions but field visits, observatory and other experimental qualitative user methodologies.
You would be dealing with ambiguity by gathering and analyzing data, mapping user emotional journeys, personas, creating choice architectures and highlighting right value propositions.
You would work alongside the product, marketing and UX team to help translate the voice of our customer into actionable insights and strategies.
Requirements
B.Des/M.Des/ Msc/MA(Psychology) from a recognized design institute with a specialization in qualitative research / human behavior / cognitive psychology.
0-1 year of professional experience as a qualitative researcher around planning, conducting and analyzing research studies.
Hands-on with multiple research techniques and should be flexible enough to choose the right techniques based on the context.
Should either have relevant experience of field / observatory research or have previously worked on academic assignments that carry on-field observations.
Ability to deal with data and collate insights effectively keeping biases and notions aside. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must have.
