This is a full-time on-site role for a UI & UX Designer, based in Indore. The role involves designing user-friendly interfaces and intuitive user experiences that effectively meet client and user needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, creating interactive prototypes, applying design-thinking principles, and producing comprehensive visual designs. The role also requires coordination with cross-functional teams to align designs with project objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with client and business goals
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex design problems
- Develop visually appealing designs that enhance user experience and engagement
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers)
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projects
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Knowledge of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
