YourToken is a Super App for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) startups using the Shopify platform. Our integrated platform helps brands maximize customer retention, conversions, and AOV. Most brands juggle multiple tools and fragmented workflows—we solve this with an all-in-one power toolkit.
Role Description
This is a remote UI Designer Intern role. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, high-converting user interfaces across our platform.
You’ll work closely with product, growth, and engineering teams to design experiences that not only look great but also drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Design clean, intuitive, and scalable UI for web dashboards and storefront integrations
• Translate product requirements and user flows into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation
• Optimize user journeys to improve engagement, conversion rates, and retention
• Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and UI consistency
Qualifications
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work (preferably SaaS or D2C products)
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (and similar design tools)
• Good understanding of UX principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design data-heavy dashboards and user flows
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS awareness is a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote startup environment
• Interest in e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, or Shopify ecosystem is a plus
Compensation and Duration
Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Duration: 2–4 months
- PPO: High-performing interns may receive a full-time offer (₹7–8 LPA)
