Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role based in Burdwan. The person in this role will design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and usability best practices. Day-to-day tasks include creating visual layouts, mockups, and style guides; collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and developers; and iterating on designs based on feedback and user insights. The User Interface Designer will work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and will contribute to design reviews, prototypes, and documentation to support project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and consistent layouts.
- Experience creating Mockups, wireframes, and design assets using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including usability, accessibility, and user-centered design practices.
- Foundational knowledge of Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and present design decisions clearly.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and openness to iterative feedback and continuous improvement.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, or brand guidelines is an advantage.
