Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Gurugram. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure the execution of organizational objectives, and manage team members to achieve performance targets. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, addressing challenges in processes, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of productivity. The Supervisor will also provide coaching and guidance to team members to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to meet objectives.
- Strong organizational and operational skills for workflow monitoring and process enhancements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various organizational departments and resolve conflicts.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying and overcoming challenges in operations.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and openness to implementing new technologies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the IT or AI technology sector will be considered an added advantage.
