Job Overview
We are looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful designs that solve real user problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
* Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
* Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions
* Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and brand identity
* Optimize designs based on user feedback, data, and usability principles
* Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design or similar role
* Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving approach
* Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
* Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in agile/scrum environments
* Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
* Experience with user research methodologies and testing tools
* Motion design or interaction design knowledge is a plus
