The role
We’re looking for a UI Designer with a solid foundation in product interfaces and interaction design. You’ll work closely with designers and developers to build interfaces that hold up across flows, states, and real use. The role involves thinking through structure, usability, and systems, and carrying that through to build. This is suited for someone who is already comfortable with the fundamentals and is looking to take on more responsibility within a collaborative, detail-focused team.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of UI experience
- Strong working knowledge of Figma (And other upcoming design tools)
- Proficient at designing interactions, user flows and prototypes
- Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals
- A portfolio that shows your thinking
- Familiarity with AI tools in your process
- Basic understanding of dev requirements and design systems
- Ability to work in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team
What you’ll do
- Design product interfaces
- Design well-thought & research-backed presentations
- Work through interaction states and flows
- Collaborate with developers during build
- Contribute to design systems

Step 2: Initial no-agenda call to understand approach, expectations, and cultural alignment.
Step 3: Complete an assignment to showcase capability with a flexible timeline for submission. This assignment will be strictly hypothetical and not used for client work.
Step 4: Assignment Review Call to understand reasoning and thought process behind the submission.
Step 5: Final decision based on quality of work, clarity of thinking, alignment on expectations, and overall team fit.
