🚀 About the Role
At MintMoney, we believe that personal finance shouldn't just be functional—it should be beautiful and empowering. As a Senior UI & Visual Designer, you will be the guardian of our visual language. You’ll be responsible for transforming complex financial data (credit scores, loan terms, and investment charts) into high-fidelity, world-class interfaces that scream "trust" and "simplicity."
While you understand the fundamentals of UX, your superpower is Visual Craftsmanship. You are the person who obsesses over the perfect border-radius, the right weight of a typeface, and the subtle micro-interactions that make an app feel "premium."
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Interface Craft: Design pixel-perfect UI for our mobile and web platforms, ensuring every screen is visually stunning and consistent.
- Visual Identity: Evolve and maintain the MintMoney Design System. You’ll define the color palettes, iconography, and typography that set us apart in the crowded fintech space.
- Data Visualization: Take "boring" numbers and turn them into intuitive, beautiful charts and dashboards that help users understand their financial health at a glance.
- Marketing & Brand Assets: Collaborate with the growth team to create high-impact visual assets for app stores, landing pages, and key marketing campaigns.
- Prototyping: Build high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to demonstrate motion, transitions, and the "feel" of the product to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure your designs are implemented with 100% visual fidelity.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI and Visual Design, preferably within Fintech, E-commerce, or high-growth startups.
- The "Eye": A portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of composition, color theory, and modern typography. We want to see "the polish."
- Fintech Fluency: You understand the visual cues of the financial world—how to use design to build credibility and trust.
- Tooling: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for custom visual assets.
- Motion Sense: Basic knowledge of After Effects or Lottie is a huge plus—we love designers who think about how elements move.
- Light UX Knowledge: You can follow a user flow and identify friction points, but you’d rather spend your time perfecting the UI than running a 2-week research sprint.
