About the Role:
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a UX/UI Designer to help create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across our products and brand.
As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams to create user experiences that simplify complex financial workflows. From designing enterprise product interfaces to developing marketing assets and landing pages, you'll play an important role in shaping how customers experience the Galytix brand.
This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about UI design, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and wants to grow within a fast-paced AI product company solving real-world problems.
- Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for enterprise web applications, AI-powered products, dashboards, and new product features.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
- Design responsive landing pages, email campaigns, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and other marketing collateral that align with the Galytix brand.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Galytix design system, ensuring consistency across products and marketing touchpoints.
- Convert approved designs into responsive HTML/CSS templates following modern web standards.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain high standards of usability, responsiveness, accessibility, and visual consistency across all digital experiences.
- Deliver high-quality work across multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX, web design, or digital product design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience designing web applications, dashboards, landing pages, emailers, banners, and other digital assets.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, spacing, layouts, visual hierarchy, and user-centred design principles.
- Working knowledge of Bootstrap, Sass (SCSS), and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
