User Scenario Testing - TL
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building the user scenario testing team in this region, formulating self and team goals, performance appraisals, and growth paths, and responsible for enhancing self and team capabilities and outputs, as well as achieving goals.
2. Coordinate the business construction of local user scenarios, combine with local user preferences, dig into user usage paths and pain points, lead the team to conduct local scenario and experience testing, and ensure the depth and breadth of testing
3. Ensure the timeliness and quality of team delivery, manage business progress, review the quality of experience reports, supervise business process compliance, regularly report local user experience trends and high-value issues to headquarters, drive the closure of experience issues, and ensure that test findings are translated into product improvements.
4. As the spokesperson for local market user experience, responsible for decision-making opinions on local issues, participate in product requirement reviews and design discussions
5. XFN collaboration, closely cooperating with Chinese test managers, Product Managers, R&D teams, and heads of overseas sites to ensure the efficient connection between experience testing and development processes
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, software engineering, human-computer interaction, psychology, and other related fields preferred
- Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in software testing, user experience, and product management, including at least 2 years of team management experience, with in-depth understanding of the Android smartphone market
- Professional Competence: Proficient in test methodology, capable of independently designing test plans for complex scenarios, possessing keen user experience insight, able to identify deep-seated issues from the user's perspective and provide constructive solutions, familiar with data analysis methods, able to use data to support experience insights and decision-making, and having in-depth understanding of the local mobile internet ecosystem (payment habits, social media, local applications, etc.)
- Communication and Collaboration: Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language, with cross-cultural collaboration skills and team leadership abilities
- Personal Traits: Strong sense of responsibility, high goal orientation, self-motivation, enthusiasm for technology products and user experience, and willingness to explore new things
