Location: Pune, India (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join a high-impact product and customer experience team focused on building customer-centric digital products at scale.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep customer empathy, behavioral analysis, product thinking, and insight-driven decision-making to influence product strategy and customer experience across enterprise and SaaS ecosystems.
🔹 Role Overview
As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to uncover customer needs, identify experience gaps, and generate actionable insights that shape product discovery, customer journeys, and strategic roadmap planning.
You will play a key role in translating customer behavior and research findings into meaningful business and product recommendations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to understand user behavior, motivations, and friction points
• Lead structured customer interviews, usability studies, surveys, and behavioral analysis initiatives
• Build customer journey maps, personas, and research frameworks to support product strategy
• Gather insights from product analytics, customer feedback, support teams, forums, and market interactions
• Deliver customer insight reports, survey findings, and behavioral recommendations for product improvements
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to support product discovery and customer experience initiatives
• Apply Design Thinking and human-centered research methodologies to improve digital experiences at scale
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in UX Research, Customer Insights, Behavioral Research, or Product Research
• Prior experience working in Enterprise or SaaS product environments
• Deep understanding of customer behavior, product ecosystems, and user-centric design principles
• Hands-on exposure to analytics and behavior tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or similar platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling, and communication skills
• Ability to convert research findings into strategic product recommendations
🎯 Preferred Background
• Candidates from reputed colleges or strong design/research academic backgrounds preferred
• HFI (Human Factors International) or NNG (Nielsen Norman Group) certifications will be highly preferred
• Exposure to Product Strategy, Customer Experience (CX), Product Discovery, and Behavioral Analytics frameworks is a plus
