Role: User Experience Researcher
We are looking for a UX Researcher who will help us continuously improve the digital customer journey across our mobile lending products. This role focuses on identifying friction points in the user journey, understanding user behaviour, and generating actionable insights that directly improve conversion, engagement, and product experience.
A key part of the role is analysing behavioural data within the app and translating it into clear, actionable recommendations. This position works closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams. This is not a pure research or reporting role — the expectation is to drive insights that directly impact product and growth metrics.
Key Responsibility Areas
Customer Journey Analysis
- Analyze end-to-end user journeys across onboarding and key product flows, identify friction points, drop-offs, and hesitation areas
- Understand how users interact with different stages of the funnel, Highlight opportunities to improve conversion and experience
Behavioural Analytics
- Use tools like Mixpanel, UXCam, Clevertap, etc. to track user behavior, Analyze navigation flows, screen transitions, and interaction patterns
- Identify where users drop, return, or abandon processes, Translate behavioral data into clear, actionable insights UX Research & Usability
- Conduct usability testing (moderated/unmoderated), Run user interviews to understand pain points and motivations
Research Practice & Process
- Build structured approaches for ongoing user research, maintain research documentation and insight repository, Educate teams on applying user insights in decision-making
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in UX research, product analytics, or user behavior roles
- Strong understanding of mobile user journeys and funnel behavior
- Strong experience with usability testing and customer journey mapping
- Experience working with financial products (banking / fintech / lending)
- Experience with behavioral analytics tools (Mixpanel, UXCam, Amplitude, etc.)
