About the role
Throughout the design process - from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mock-ups and prototypes, you’ll envision how people will experience our products, and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical.
Responsibilities shall include:
- Design, build and deliver high-quality UI & UX for global projects & innovative ideas.
- Create storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Advocate for users and user-centered design processes. Create north star visions based on user needs and bring them to life.
- You will be the owner of your product area and bring more value to our customers by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- You will be presenting design work for feedback.
Must have:
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A design portfolio in Behance/Dribbble demonstrating design principles for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- An understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate positions, and advocate for your designs.
- A self-motivated, problem solver's personality with a growth mindset.
- Hunger for innovation, eager to challenge the status quo.
- An interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills.
- A strong work ethic, are reliable, adaptable, and work well with others.
Nice to have:
- Experience working collaboratively with other designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions and follow through with execution.
- Experience working in an agency environment and working with international clients.
- Experience prototyping and designing experiences and user flows.
