Yellow Slice is looking for UX Designers with 2+ years of experience who can independently handle user experience tasks and contribute to product thinking. We’re seeking individuals with a strong design background, creative thinking, and preferably B2B product experience, who can bring both structure and innovation to their work.
You will work under Senior Designers and Leads to deliver structured, thoughtful, and user-centric UX solutions while applying critical thinking to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in UX Design
- Strong design background (formal education or equivalent practical experience)
- Exposure to B2B products/platforms is preferred
- Basic understanding of UX processes and methodologies
- Ability to think creatively and apply critical thinking in problem-solving
Skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of UX design laws and principles
- Knowledge of user flows, wireframing, and basic information architecture
- Basic understanding of UI design and visual hierarchy
- Awareness of technical feasibility and how designs translate into development
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, and basic information architecture
- Support research activities and translate insights into design decisions
- Work across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate closely with UI designers and developers
- Clearly communicate ideas within the team
- Handle assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance
- Maintain clarity, consistency, and structure in UX deliverables
