Product Designer (UX/UI) – Website & Order Experience
📍 Gurgaon | Full-time | Work from Office
Tulio is building a design-led, technology-enabled platform for made-to-measure curtains and blinds. Our website and order systems are central to how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase our products.
We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) who can take ownership of our end-to-end user experience and continuously improve how users interact with our platform.
This is not a pure design role.
This is a business-critical product role focused on usability, clarity, and conversion.
What You Will Do
- Own and improve the end-to-end user journey across:
- Website
- Order portal
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Identify and reduce user drop-offs and friction points
- Work closely with:
- Frontend developers
- Backend developers
- Design:
- Wireframes
- User journeys
- Interaction flows
- Improve:
- Navigation
- Product discovery
- Enquiry / checkout flows
- Continuously iterate based on:
- User behaviour
- Business needs
- Drive fast, practical improvements—not just static designs
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI
- Strong understanding of:
- User journeys
- Conversion funnels
- Information architecture
- Experience working on live products (not just concepts)
- Ability to balance:
- User needs
- Business goals
- Technical constraints
- High ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Tools & Skills
- Figma (or equivalent)
- Basic understanding of frontend is a plus
- Exposure to analytics tools is a plus

To help us evaluate your thinking and approach, please complete the following:
Assignment Brief
Visit our website and identify one key user journey (for example: browsing products, selecting fabrics, enquiry flow, or any other).
Your Task
- Identify 3 key friction points in that journey
- Explain why they are problems (from a user + business perspective)
- Propose clear, practical improvements
- (Optional) Create simple wireframes / sketches to illustrate your solution
Submission Format
- A short PDF or presentation (max 5–6 slides) covering:
- Current issues
- Your recommendations
- Keep it clear, structured, and practical (avoid over-designing)
