Mission Description — UX Designer
Who are we looking for?
We're on the lookout for a UX Designer, but not just any designer. We need a visionary who can enhance how our customers interact with our B2B SaaS platform, making complex systems feel simple and intuitive.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
Design with Empathy: At the heart of Trmeric, our platform serves as a critical tool for businesses, and you’ll be the architect behind this experience. Your deep empathy for user needs must translate into designs that are not only functional but also delightfully intuitive.
Visual & Interaction Mastery: You’ll wield tools of visual design, information architecture, and interaction design to craft experiences that not only look good but feel seamless. The finesse of your wireframes, prototypes, and UI kits will set the stage for revolutionary product interactions.
Research and Iterate: Grounded in user research, your role orbits around understanding what our users truly need. Harness this data to refine and iterate designs, ensuring every element is tuned to optimize usability and effectiveness.
Collaborative Spirit: As a linchpin in our product team, your ability to collaborate across disciplines - be it with engineers, product managers, or customer success specialists - will help weave the fabric of our collective success. Your insights will inspire, and your designs will guide the Trmeric vision forward.

Qualifications
- Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to solve user and business problems.
- Strong User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping, using modern design tools to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and other stakeholders in an agile or iterative development environment.
- Working knowledge of design systems, accessibility best practices, and responsive design for web and mobile products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in SaaS, B2B platforms, or tools for tech/IT teams is an advantage.

Location Flexibility: We appreciate the magic that happens when we collaborate in person, hence we are looking at someone who is located in Bangalore, India
