Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a User Experience Designer based in Mumbai, allowing a flexible mix of on-site collaboration and remote work. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking to solve user problems, conducting user research to identify needs and pain points, crafting visually appealing designs, ensuring seamless user experiences, and creating prototypes to convey design concepts effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to delivering impactful design solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking to create user-centered solutions
- Strong skills in User Research to gather insights and analyze user behavior
- Expertise in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to craft visually engaging and intuitive interfaces
- Experience with Prototyping to demonstrate and validate design concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team-oriented workflows
- Ability to manage projects in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with design tools and software relevant to the role
