The Role: We are looking for a UI/UX & Web Designer (1-3 years exp) who is ready to move beyond basic layouts. You will be responsible for creating seamless user journeys and visually stunning websites that solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize: Build wireframes and user flows that simplify complex interactions.
- Design: Architect high-fidelity, responsive UI for mortgage lead-gen funnels using Figma Make and Design Systems to ensure elite, developer-ready execution.
· Innovate: Leverage an AI-driven stack—including Google Stitch for data-driven UX and Banani for rapid asset rendering—to 10x prototyping velocity.
- Collaborate: Work directly with our PM and Dev team to bring visions to life.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: A Degree in Design (B.Des/M.Des/BFA) or a highly relevant professional certification.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a design role (Agency experience is a plus).
- Portfolio: A link to your Behance, Dribbble, or personal website (Mandatory).
- Mindset: You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on AI-driven workflows.
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
