Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a User Experience Designer based in Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating user-focused visual designs, and developing interactive prototypes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of clear, engaging, and functional user experiences that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design
- Experience in creating detailed Prototypes to test and evolve designs
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-collaboration skills
- Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment is an advantage
