Job details:

We’re Hiring: UX Designer

At Settlemed, we are harnessing the power of AI and automation to transform how hospitals manage health claims. Our SaaS platform leverages AI-driven insights to reduce errors, improve ROI and simplify workflows for healthcare providers.

We are looking for a UX Designer who can help us design seamless experiences that make healthcare processes simpler and more accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand user needs and translate them into thoughtful design solutions
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design flows to support product development
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure user-centric design
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously refine designs
  • Maintain consistency through design systems and accessibility standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • A strong eye for detail, usability, and clean design
  • working experience with Figma and other design tool.
  • Prior experience in startups or healthtech is an advantage, though not mandatory
  • Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply

What We Offer:

  • A blank canvas for creativity where your design decisions influence the product from day one
  • A culture that values experimentation over perfection — we encourage bold ideas and fast iterations
  • Exposure to real-world healthcare challenges and the opportunity to solve them with AI-driven solutions
  • Growth that’s not just vertical — but across product, technology, and healthcare domains
  • Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and recognition for innovation
