Position Overview
As UX Designer for Agentic Experience & Workflow Systems, you will define how humans interact with AI agents across the company's Shop OS and customer-facing layers. You will translate complex agent decisions—pricing logic, routing, RFQ workflows—into clear, trustworthy, and predictable interfaces. This role sits at the intersection of system design and human experience, requiring deep collaboration with engineering teams to bridge backend workflow logic and frontend interaction patterns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Convert agent decisions (pricing, routing, RFQ logic) into clear, assisted workflow interfaces that require minimal user training
- Design decision visibility surfaces—making AI reasoning transparent and interpretable to non-technical end users
- Define human-in-the-loop control points where users can review, override, or confirm agent actions
- Create UI patterns that blend deterministic flows with AI-assisted decision steps across POS, mobile, and web
- Design trust surfaces including SLA indicators, status alerts, and action triggers that signal agent reliability
- Prototype workflow-first interfaces rapidly using Figma and prompt-driven prototyping tools
- Collaborate directly with engineers to translate workflow JSON contracts into coherent UI interaction models
Must Have Criteria
- 8–15 years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise systems (ERP, POS, WMS, or logistics platforms)
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-assisted interfaces—copilots, decision support systems, or agent-facing dashboards in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Figma including component systems, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping at enterprise design system scale
- Ability to read and interpret workflow JSON or structured data contracts to inform UI design decisions
- Experience designing across multiple device contexts—POS terminals, mobile (Android/iOS), and web within a single product ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with workflow modeling—state diagrams, decision trees, or flow-based design documentation for complex operational systems
- Prior experience embedded in engineering-heavy teams at enterprise scale, working directly with backend or platform engineers on system-driven UX
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for SMB or MSME-facing platforms in commerce, supply chain, or fintech verticals
- Familiarity with event-driven system architectures and how asynchronous state changes affect UI design
- Experience using prompt-driven prototyping tools (e.g., v0, Galileo AI, or similar) to accelerate design iteration
- Prior work at a B2B SaaS startup or 0→1 product build where design systems were created from scratch
- Exposure to voice or multimodal input interfaces as part of an agentic or conversational product
