Role Description
RADcube is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer for a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The UX Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking principles to create user-focused solutions, conducting user research to gather insights, and developing wireframes and prototypes. The role also includes designing visually engaging interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience across digital platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and a user-centered approach to problem-solving
- Experience in User Research, including gathering user insights and analyzing user behavior
- Expertise in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to create engaging and intuitive interfaces
- Skills in Prototyping to develop and test design concepts
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly designs
- Prior experience in the software development or IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
