Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role located in UK. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences through research, ideation, and implementation of design principles. Daily tasks will include conducting user research, creating user personas, developing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually appealing and functional design solutions that enhance user satisfaction. The role also involves applying design thinking techniques to improve existing user journeys and interfaces.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and the ability to approach problems with a user-centric mindset to generate innovative solutions.
- Strong User Research skills, including experience in gathering user insights, conducting usability testing, and analyzing feedback to drive decisions.
- Expertise in Visual Design and creating aesthetically pleasing and functional design elements.
- Experience with User Experience (UX) principles and Prototyping to create intuitive and interactive designs.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field preferred.
