UI/UX Designer – Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience who can transform ideas into intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences. This role involves working across research, design, and innovation to build user-centric products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points
- Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and innovation workshops
- Develop interactive prototypes for testing and validation
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Design visual assets, presentations, and product storytelling decks
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams
- Continuously improve designs based on feedback, testing, and data insights
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (or similar)
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Basic understanding of design systems and responsive design
- Ability to translate ideas into clear visual and interaction designs
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with design systems & component libraries
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Understanding of product strategy or business thinking
- Exposure to innovation frameworks or design sprints
