Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a User Experience Designer at Cognine Technologies. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking methodologies, conducting user research, creating intuitive and visually appealing designs, and delivering prototypes that align with business objectives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience across digital products and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and process frameworks
• Strong expertise in User Research to understand user needs and behaviors
• Experience in crafting Visual Design solutions and creating intuitive User Experience (UX)
• Skill in designing interactive Prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in relevant design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred
