We are looking for a UX Designer (2+ years experience) who enjoys problem decomposition, system thinking, and designing structured product experiences.
This role focuses more on solving product problems and simplifying complex workflows than purely visual design.
What You’ll Do
- Translate product requirements and ambiguous problems into structured UX solutions
- Design user flows, task flows, information architecture, and interaction models
- Create wireframes and low–mid fidelity prototypes to communicate product behavior
- Simplify data-heavy and multi-step SaaS workflows into intuitive experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers during feature definition and implementation
- Iterate solutions through usability feedback, product discussions, and design reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Understanding of UX fundamentals such as information architecture, usability heuristics, and interaction patterns
- Ability to structure complex problems into clear user journeys and flows
- Familiarity with Figma or similar product design tools
- Ability to communicate design rationale and product trade-offs clearly
Good to Have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and design automation tools
- Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud management platforms
- Understanding of data visualization, dashboards, or system-driven interfaces
Portfolio
Your portfolio should demonstrate problem framing, design reasoning, and decision making, not only visual output.
