We are looking for a UX Designer who understands that good design is not decoration—it’s decision-making made simple for the user.
This role is about deeply understanding user behavior, translating insights into intuitive experiences, and shaping products that feel effortless to use.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience—from research and insights to wireframes and final design flows
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs that are simple, intuitive, and scalable
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Identify friction points in user journeys and continuously improve the experience
- Ensure consistency across the product by contributing to design systems and guidelines
- Balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in UX design for web or mobile products
- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, user journeys, and design thinking—not just visuals
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
