Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various systems and complete their tasks. This role focuses on crafting seamless and efficient experiences that align with user needs, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and satisfying. The designer collaborates with different stakeholders to refine workflows and enhance usability, continuously iterating on designs to achieve an optimal balance between functionality and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies that align with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure consistency and quality in user experience across products.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong skills in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to visualize design concepts effectively.
- Ability to analyze user behavior data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles to create equitable user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with diverse teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
