Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Intern to help design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with the founding team to design clean, modern interfaces and improve overall product usability.
This role is strictly for current college students, preferably 3rd or 4th year students actively looking for internship experience. Candidates should already have some hands-on experience through projects, internships, or freelance work.
This is a 6-month part-time internship with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for digital products
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity design mockups
- Translate product ideas and requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs
- Continuously improve user experience through feedback and iteration
- Maintain consistency across screens through design systems and components
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Contribute ideas to improve usability, navigation, and visual hierarchy
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in college (mandatory)
- Preferably 3rd or 4th year students looking for internships
- Experience working on 2–3 UI/UX projects (academic, freelance, internship, or personal projects)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and user-centered design
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Ability to create structured wireframes, prototypes, and final UI screens
- Good sense of visual design, typography, spacing, and layout
- Ability to take ownership and iterate based on feedback
- Experience designing mobile-first interfaces
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable components
- Basic understanding of how design translates to development
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking
