Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Used Car Sales Manager is based in Ranchi. The manager will oversee daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle sales department, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing customer interactions, ensuring adherence to sales processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The manager will also focus on evaluating pre-owned vehicles and ensuring optimal inventory management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and understanding of Sales Processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service and commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability to lead and manage Sales teams effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate and price pre-owned vehicles accurately
- Experience in inventory management is a plus
- Prior experience in the automotive sales industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
