• Handle Accounts servicing and Vehicle liquidation activities for Ford Motor Credit retail loan/ lease customers in North America within stipulated timelines

• Perform critical activities like extending contract term, due date change, payment processing, terminating lease contracts and servicing the contracts for lease customers

• Look for process improvement opportunities with new ideas and an innovative mindset to augment the process standards, which will add value to the end customers

• Contribute to the productivity consistently (average transactions daily / monthly) while maintaining 100% quality.
