Role Description
We are hiring a full-time USA Telecalling Intern for our on-site location in Pune Division. The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant products or services. Additional responsibilities include recording customer interactions, sending follow-up communications, and maintaining accurate data. The candidate will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and achieve targets through clear, professional communication.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and experience in recording and maintaining data.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions and services.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
