Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a USA Telecaller & Lead Generator. The role involves engaging with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified leads, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and understanding customer needs to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive records of interactions, conducting follow-up activities to nurture leads into sales-ready opportunities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet organizational targets. Timely client communication and adherence to industry best practices are vital components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to initiate and manage client relationships effectively
- Proficiency in lead generation, outbound calling, and engaging prospects
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with experience in customer engagement and follow-ups
- Ability to manage CRM tools for tracking calls and maintaining lead information accurately
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to meeting sales and lead generation targets
- Experience in working with international clients, especially in the US market, is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
