Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/prospects in the USA.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, or promote company products/services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Intermediate (12th Pass) with relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Ability to work in US night shifts.
- Prior experience in international calling, BPO, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
