About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm serving enterprise clients across the USA, we deliver end-to-end hiring solutions for Fortune 500 and high-growth tech companies. Our team operates as an extension of our clients’ HR functions—owning sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and onboarding—while driving efficiency, quality, and speed in US-based hiring pipelines. Remote-first, globally distributed, and performance-driven, we empower recruiters to own outcomes, not just activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle US-based RPO sales: prospect, pitch, and close new RPO contracts with mid-market to enterprise US clients.
- Build and execute tailored sales strategies for US industries including tech, healthcare, finance, and logistics—aligning RPO offerings with client hiring pain points.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams to design scalable, outcome-based RPO proposals and SLAs.
- Present ROI-driven RPO solutions via virtual demos, executive briefings, and proposal decks—emphasizing time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Manage and expand your US client pipeline using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach—targeting HR VPs, CHROs, and talent leaders.
- Track, report, and optimize sales KPIs including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal size—consistently exceeding quarterly targets.
