We are looking for a motivated Outbound Caller to connect with customers in the United States. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and promoting products or services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to US-based customers
- Introduce and explain products/services clearly
- Generate leads and set appointments
- Handle customer objections confidently
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Required Skills
Excellent English communication (neutral/US accent preferred- )Strong convincing and negotiation skill
