Master's degree in sport/exercise science or related field plus 10 years progressive experience in high-performance sports environment; experience with statistical software (SPSS, R, Python), data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and Statsports; CPR/AED/First Aid certification; willingness to travel up to 25% including international.
