Urgent Hiring – USA Bookkeeper
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced USA Bookkeeper to join our growing US Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US bookkeeping, maintaining accurate financial records, bank reconciliations, and working with US accounting software.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for US-based clients.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Process journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in USA Bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop (Xero experience is an added advantage).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Preferred :
- Experience working with a US accounting outsourcing firm.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less will be preferred.
- Comfortable working the 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM night shift.
