Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US Voice Specialist, based in Tamil Nadu, India. The US Voice Specialist will handle voice-based operations, facilitate seamless communication, and deliver top-quality service to clients. Responsibilities include managing telephony communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in interactions, and handling tasks requiring voice modulation for excellent customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including spoken and written English proficiency
- Experience with Telephony systems and familiarity with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies
- Voice modulation and performance skills, including Acting and Radio Hosting capabilities
- Ability to adapt speech and tone to suit different audiences and scenarios
- Prior experience in customer service or communication-focused roles is an advantage
- Proactive problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills
