Role Description
The US Voice Process Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations within the voice process team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to performance metrics. Responsibilities include managing and motivating team members, monitoring call quality, analyzing team performance, and optimizing workflows to meet objectives. The Team Lead will also coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to mentor, guide and motivate team members effectively.
- Proficient in Operations Management to optimize day-to-day activities and ensure smooth functioning of the team.
- Excellent Communication skills to handle client interactions and provide clear guidance to the team.
- Solid Analytical Skills to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable insights.
- Experience in a voice process environment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
