Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Shifts: Rotational Night Shifts

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers in the US region. Your role will involve engaging with customers, addressing their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to meet performance targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to US-based customers professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Meet daily/weekly performance and calling targets
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Build a positive rapport with customers 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in an International Voice / Chat / Email process
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Stable and detail-oriented profile
