Role Description
We are seeking a full-time US Voice Process Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This on-site role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests. The executive will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Daily responsibilities include updating customer records, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth communication process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction
- Proven Communication skills, including excellent spoken English and the ability to engage professionally with customers
- Ability to analyze and resolve customer queries with effective Analytical Skills
- Focused on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction through courteous and responsive service
- Proficiency in using call center software and customer management tools is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer support or a voice process role is preferred
